Test Film
Optimized for Cyan and High Magenta Analog Soundtrack with Reverse Scan or Forward Scan Red Readers. All test films are recorded directly to B&W polyester based film stock using our custom Laser Optical Sound Recorders. The use of Black & White film stock eliminates the fading and age effects related to color print test films. The polyester base provides an extended lifecycle. All test films are date coded and tested for accuracy prior to shipment.
NT-Buzz
Is the functional equivalent to “Industry Standard Buzz Track” test film for correct alignment of the Lateral Track Position. Using our direct laser recording process, NT-Buzz meets all SMPTE recommended specifications.
NT-Pink
This Pink Noise film is created via direct Laser Recording to the 35mm film stock. This eliminates the commonly used contact printing process. As a result the NT-Pink has an unparalleled consistency and accuracy.
NT-Tone
Is an Industry Standard Warble Tone for reference level calibration of "A" Type and "SR" Type Noise Reduction Systems. The tone level is optimized for compatibility with Cyan and High Magenta prints on polyester film stock. NT-Tone is recorded on B&W film stock to eliminate the level imbalance and production variances inherent to color print test films.
